Favourite hobby?
Ice skating and spending time with my kids.
If you could speak to one animal, what would it be?
A dolphin because they are amazing animals and apparently very smart so they would have some great ocean tales to tell I am sure. It would also be pretty cool to just swim and dive in the water all day.
What do you wish you could spent more time doing?
Nothing! My life is so busy that I just want to do more of nothing! Unless I could win lotto and travel more then that I would definitely do more of that too and do nothing while I travel.
If you could change one thing about the world what would be your one wish?
I wish people could be just that little bit more tolerant and show some mutual respect to each other. What goes around comes around – as they say!

Do you support a particular charity?
Yes, the Zig Zag Foundation and Leukaemia Foundation as we lost our little girl, Riley to leukaemia in 2003.
Most Inspirational person?
My mum. In her late 70’s she is still going strong, out having fun, looking after kids, helping do the housework and just getting on with life. I hope that I am still able to do all that at her age!
